Schedule your appointment for a free bike consultation, service appointment, or test ride and buy a new Bike Different Bike!

Choose from a wide selection of popular and custom-built specialty bikes to test ride.  You're welcome to test ride as many bikes as you'd like to find the bike that's best for you.  You can also bring your family and friends along, so they can see and test ride bikes, too!

Select a 30-minute time slot from the calendar below on any day that's convenient for you, answer a few brief questions, and we'll meet you at our store located at 908 Tile Drive in Red Wing, Minnesota, at your scheduled time and date for your complimentary consultation, service appointment, test ride, or bike purchase.

Note to all Customers: The Bike Different showroom is open by appointment only. We encourage anyone interested in test riding a bike, purchasing a bike, or having their bike serviced, to schedule an appointment at least 1 day in advance. Walk-ins are welcome during scheduled appointment times, however, we give first priority to customers who have scheduled appointments with us, so everyone who comes into our shop gets our undivided attention during their personal 1-on-1 appointment time with us.

Please also note: Bike Different sells Trek bikes and e-bikes with all mechanical systems tuned and ready to ride before delivery.  We offer free after-sale mechanical service on every bike and e-bike we sell for up to 30 days after delivery. 

At this time, Bike Different is not scheduling appointments to perform service on e-bike electrical systems (motors, batteries, controllers, and displays), hydraulic disc brake adjustment, or suspension fork and shock service. We're happy to perform all other service on cable-actuated components, like mechanical disc brakes and derailleurs on your bike or e-bike. For any other excluded services, please contact an authorized bike shop trained to perform such services on your bike or e-bike.
